When we trade in West Africa we work only with resellers or country partners. We will never sell directly to the end user which means that the relationships that our resellers have cultivated with their customers is protected.

Due to our buying power, status in the market place and reputation as a specialised exporter we are often contacted by major brand manufacturers who need to move product quickly. Usually this is due to UK overstocks or because the product is soon to be going “end of life” . These opportunities regularly enable us to pass on to our customers considerable savings on current technologies. Aftersales support...

We fully support and offer manufacturers warranties on all the products that we sell and we always take a long term view in our approach to solving problems, should they ever occur, both during and after the sales process.

 

As a result we are proud to say that even after 15 years of trading overseas those first few customers that helped us on our way still trade with us today.
